    Managing Director

    David founded the business in 2010 with a vision to help support SMEs with their energy requirements. Previously working as a Director of an energy consultancy firm in London, David continues to use this knowledge and experience to help grow Saffron Business Solutions. David’s focus is now on developing the Carbon Consulting arm of the business, supporting businesses on their path to net zero.

  • Charlotte Price

    Client Services Director

    After graduating from the London School of Economics, Charlotte had a successful career as a Litigation Solicitor before joining Saffron Business Solutions in 2022, initially as an Account and Sales Manager before progressing to her current position as Client Services Director. Charlotte is responsible for driving strategies that foster strong, long-term relationships with clients across multiple business streams.

  • Hayley Ford

    Director of Customer Engagement and Future Proposition

    Hayley is a graduate of The University of Cambridge and spent 12 years practising as a Solicitor before joining Saffron Business Solutions as a Director in 2025. With a strong network of local connections and a diverse set of transferable skills, Hayley ensures that every customer interaction strengthens relationships to deliver meaningful results.. Hayley is currently driving growth in Saffron Walden while strengthening Saffron Business Solutions’ position as a valued part of the local community.

  • Zoe Richardson

    Executive Assistant

    Zoe joined the business in 2019 as a Customer Service Advisor and quickly progressed into her current role as Executive Assistant, bringing a wealth of organisational and team management skills. Zoe delivers high level administrative and HR support, as well as managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted point of contact. As a valued member of the Management Team, Zoe also plays a key role in contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

  • Jonathan Hancock

    Head of Energy Consultancy

    Jonny joined Saffron Business Solutions in 2015, after graduating with a Geography degree from Sheffield University. Jonny now leads the energy desk and is an integral part of our ever growing and dynamic team, taking great pride in finding effective solutions to support customers with their utility requirements.

    Business Development and Client Account Manager

    Oliver joined Saffron Business Solutions in 2026 with a solid foundation in customer service, built through his work as a Recruitment Consultant in London. Oliver now works closely with the wider team to drive business development and manage customer relations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and expertise.
