  • Customer Service Advisor (Full Time)

    • Starting Salary: Depending on experience - £18,000+ a year with bonuses at business discretion. Including 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and also a work place pension scheme.
    • Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
    • Full Time (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00)

    Summary

    Formed in 2012, SBS is an established and rapidly expanding data management and customer service company looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help develop the business and service the ever growing customer base.

    We provide a number of services to businesses nationally, including Utility Contracting, Merchant Services, Telecoms and Used Cooking Oil recycling.

    Our Used Cooking Oil Recycling service is in partnership with a large wholesale food company and their national customer base.

    Candidates will need to demonstrate our business core values of providing a very high-quality customer service based on accuracy, consistency, excellent communication and timeliness.

    You will be fully supported in learning all aspects of the business and role in which you have been appointed.

    The Role

    Focus will be on providing a service to those customers using our Used Cooking Oil Recycling service, with the option to expand and develop in other areas of the business.

    Key duties and responsibilities include:

    • Responding to inbound calls, e-mails and making outbound calls in order to;
      • Register new customer accounts, taking all information accurately in order to allow successful delivery of the service
      • Manage all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner to demonstrate customer care, covering all service requests
      • Develop service and help volume growth both with this service and other services the business offer
    • Work closely with senior members of the business to deliver services effectively and efficiently, by communicating clearly and meeting deadlines set.

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
    • A 'team player' as the person/s will be working within a busy team
    • Good communicator in both verbal and written form
    • Ability to work calmly and concisely throughout the day
    • Proactive and positive to challenges

    • Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
    • Part Time with flexible hours dependant on candidates availability (Full Time hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00)
    • Role is from 1st June 2019 to 1st December 2019
