    Summary

    We are an established, rapidly expanding data management and Customer Services Company and are looking for a Sales and Customer Account Manager to help us further develop our business.

    We provide a number of services to small and medium sized businesses nationally, including Utility Contracting, Used Cooking Oil recycling and Web services.

    We also work closely with, and deliver multiple services to, a large wholesale food company and their very large customer base. We pride ourselves on providing a very high quality customer service based on accuracy, consistency, excellent communication and timeliness.

    The Role

    The key duties and responsibilities of the role are to:

    • Register new customers, taking all necessary information accurately in order to allow successful delivery of the service
    • Manage all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner both over the phone and through email
    • Monitor and record customer satisfaction with the service
    • Identify opportunities:
      • to develop and improve business effectiveness and efficiency
      • for product development

    Skills

    • Educated to A level (highly desired but not essential)
    • At least a basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Data entry
    • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential

    Relationships

    The successful applicant will report to a senior member of the business and will be required to communicate with customers, colleagues, suppliers and others on a consistent and regular basis.

  • Customer Service Assistant

    We are looking to increase our team to help in the busy period over the summer months.

    We provide a number of service to small and medium sized businesses nationally, including Utility Contracting, Used Cooking Oil recycling and Web services.

    This role will provide you with an opportunity to gain experience in customer service, sales, data handling and other aspects of business activity.

    Primary Role

    • Register new customers, taking all necessary information accurately in order to allow successful delivery of the service
    • Manage all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner both over the phone and through email
    • Monitor and record customer satisfaction with the service

    Additional Role

    • General support to colleagues and the business generally.

    • Ability to work calmly and concisely under pressure
