    Summary

    SBS is an established, rapidly expanding data management and customer service company looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst to help us further develop our business.

    We provide a number of services to small and medium sized businesses nationally, including Utility Contracting, Merchant Services, Telecoms and Used Cooking Oil recycling.

    We also work closely with, and deliver multiple services to, a large wholesale food company and their very large customer base. We pride ourselves on providing a very high-quality customer service based on accuracy, consistency, excellent communication and timeliness.

    For the right candidate we are offering a full-time role to develop your career in Utility Contracting.

    You will be fully supported in learning all aspects of the business and role in which you have been appointed.

    The Role

    The key duties and responsibilities of the role are to:

    • To support the Energy team in acquiring supplier prices for customers
    • Manage all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner both over the phone and through email
    • Communicate with the suppliers over any problems that may arise
    • Work closely with senior members of the business to deliver services effectively and efficiently, by communicating clearly and meeting deadlines

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Grade A-C (level 4-9) in Maths and English
    • Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Strong analytical skills with an eye for details and accuracy
    • A 'team player' as the person/s will be working within a busy team
    • Good communicator in both verbal and written form
    • Ability to work calmly and concisely under pressure
    • Self-motivated to 'do' and achieve' and encourages a positive outlook

    It isn’t necessary for the Junior Sales Executive to have exposure to sales, although it is a bonus. If you are articulate, enthusiastic and friendly with a great telephone manner then we would love to hear from you.

    The Role

    The key duties and responsibilities of the role are to:

    • Register new customers, taking all necessary information accurately in order to allow successful delivery of the service
    • You will be taking incoming calls from customers, making outbound calls and emails to people who have requested more information and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
    • Identify sales opportunities & pass to the senior team to close
    • Build relationships with existing and new clients

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Grade A-C (level 4-9) in Maths and English
    • Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
